Hi all!
It's been a hell of a process, but almost all bags have now been shipped! We've got less than 20 packages left to send out, and I couldn't be more excited for y'all to finally receive your pledges!
If you set your bag for local pick-up, your order is currently available for pick-up at Kei Collective. All you need to do is tell them what you're there for and give them your name, and they'll grab you your items! Please claim your items within 60 days. If you need to switch your pledge to be shipped to you, just shoot us a message and we'll make it happen.
UK and EU Backers: If you haven't received shipping confirmation, please message us. We'll be setting up a specialized listing for you through etsy so that VAT is taken care of.

Hi everyone!
Great news! Even with the unexpected shipping delays, the wing bags will be arriving to us on schedule! Sea freight took significantly less time than originally projected and the bags are projected to arrive to us TOMORROW! Sorry for the whiplash of these shipping updates, but I hope you all are as excited as we are to get your bags!

Wing bag update - unexpected shipping delay

Hi everyone!
A bit of an unexpected snag, but our factory rep informed us today that apparently the boat that the wing bags are on was significantly delayed for departure because of CNY. The bags originally shipped on January 16th, but apparently they never actually departed from China. The boat that they are on is now scheduled to depart tomorrow, so they are on the move! But it's likely going to be closer to April or May that they arrive to us, rather than by March as we originally expected.
Otherwise, we had a few bags from the bulk batch sent ahead to us to make sure that production is consistent with the sample, and they look great! There's always a risk that the mass-produced product will be of a lower quality than the sample, so this was very reassuring to see. Once the bulk of the bags arrives to us, we'll be able to go through and quality check everything and will have them shipped out to y'all ASAP.

Wing bag update!

Hi everyone!
Bags are projected to finish production and ship to us this month :) Once production is wrapped up, they'll be shipped via ocean freight. We're looking to be right on schedule for shipping them out in March!
We are still missing surveys from 30 people. If you haven't yet filled out your survey, please do! Surveys can be retrieved here.

Hi everyone!
Backer surveys have been sent out via Backerkit :) Thank you all so much for your patience! Surveys will remain unlocked until the bags have shipped to us, so if you need to change your address or other info in the coming months you will be able to do so.
If you haven't received your survey, message us to let us know and we will make sure it gets to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're choosing local pick-up for your bag (from Kei Collective in Phoenix), make sure to select "Local pick up" when choosing your country from the drop-down menu.
As for preorders, we have a preorder shop live in Backerkit for those who would like to add to their pledges or pre-order a bag here.
We also have preorders open via our Etsy for our EU/UK friends who may have missed the campaign! You can preorder here.
